The partnership that was created by Unique Indoor Comfort led to a stable, thriving integrated business that achieved its five-year financial goals in under two years, with over 20% organic revenue growth and 6x total revenue growth.

The Return

Unique Indoor Comfort was successfully sold to Ace Hardware in April 2023. This move generated a strong return for all investors, including our operator partners, and continued the growth plan with the same personnel, brands, and management.
