Deal Structure

Let’s talk numbers. All existing debt is paid off at close, and you keep your cash. A ~5% escrow is held for a standard post-close period, and the typical timeline from initial diligence to closing is 8–12 weeks.

Your Role After Closing

When you partner with Service Country LLC, you get to choose your level of involvement going forward. Regardless of the role you choose going forward after closing, we want you to feel comfortable. We provide two options after closing on the sale of your business.

Option A: Stay On and Lead

The first option is to stay on in the general manager or president role. Here, you would continue leading your business with the full support and resources of the broader platform behind you.

Option B: Structure the Handover and Transition Out

The second option is to transition out of your role as the business’s leader. Going this route, you would agree to stay through a structured handover period and help us recruit and train the right successor general manager.
